What is a "credit"?
One credit = one company scored. Scores are cached for 6 hours, so re-requests within that window cost 0 credits. Bulk jobs deduct credits upfront (one per company).
What happens when I run out of credits?
API calls return a 402 status. Your dashboard still works (you can view existing scores), but you cannot score new companies until you upgrade or buy a top-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and unused credits expire at the end of the month.
Do you offer annual plans or discounts?
Not yet. We prioritize fast iteration and month-to-month flexibility over long-term lock-in. Agency customers can discuss volume discounts via the contact form.
